
‼️All signed cheer forms and signed uniform invoices need to be turned in by Wednesday, April 30th. If they are not turned in, your uniform will not be ordered/processed and you will not continue with the cheer squad.

Please join us for another informational meeting about the Somerville ISD May 2025 Bond at Birch Creek Park Estates (corrected from previously announced Birch Creek Forest) this Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.! This will be a come-and-go meeting, so feel free to stop for as long or as little as you'd like. We look forward to seeing those who can join us tomorrow evening!

Hey Yeguas! Early voting this week begins on April 22 at 7:00 a.m. Elementary and Intermediate campus parents who want to drop their students off early to vote can do so at 7:00 while early voting is taking place through April 29th. All voting will take place at the Somerville ISD Administration Building.

2025 Somerville ISD Bond Update! This is just a quick reminder that we will be at the Somerville Place Pavilion this evening to discuss the upcoming bond election! Come by for 1 minute or 10 minutes; this is your chance to get your questions answered, see renderings of proposed projects, or learn specifics about the proposed projects.
If you are not able to attend the meeting this evening, our next informational meeting will be at the Birch Creek Forest Community Center on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. We hope to see you there!

The 8th-grade promotion Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 22, at 6 PM in the Yegua Center. All 8th-grade students are expected to attend.

Glow Night 2025 was a huge success! Parents, thank you for allowing your students to attend our 1st STAAR Glow Night. Students prepared for the upcoming STAAR with fun and interactive games. We are GROWING and GLOWING towards SUCCESS!

The end of the year is near, which means the science fair is right around the corner! All students in grades 8th to 12th grade will be required to participate in the science fair on Monday, May 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Yegua Center.
Students will be given instructions and rubrics from their teachers on project requirements but can start brainstorming ideas now.

Join us for the Burleson County Property Tax 101 Town Hall Meeting.....Do you have questions about property taxes and how to complete applications for your exemptions? The Burleson County Appraisal District will be onsite to provide information and answer questions about the property tax system on Thursday, April 3rd, at 6:00 p.m. in the Yegua Center! See the attached flyer for more details.
After the town hall meeting, we will be available to provide information and answer questions about the upcoming bond election. We will also have renderings of the proposed projects available for viewing.
