Parents and students, today was a tremendous first day across all our campuses! Thank you for your support with the implementation of HB 1481 (Cell Phone Ban) and our new start and end times. Our students were stellar because of your partnership!

Your high school student should have brought home two important documents today:

2️⃣ Dress Code Pact

Please review, sign, and return both by Friday of this week.

Our phone system is currently down at the Elementary/Intermediate campus, and we are unsure when the issue will be resolved. In the meantime, if you need assistance, please call the Administration office at 979-596-2153. Today has been a great first day of school, and we appreciate your patience as we resolve this issue!

Thank you to all that came out and supported Yegua Football today at the first full contact practice / intrasquad scrimmage of the year! It wouldn’t have been such a success without you! We saw some good things and lots to work on and a few young standouts! All-in-all Yegua Football had a great first week of practice with a turnout of 57 kids!

Tomorrow night is Meet the Teacher from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Meet the Yegua from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please arrange to attend both events! Cross Country, Volleyball, and Football will all have their Junior High and High School parent meetings following Meet the Yeguas!

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL!!! Tomorrow is the day! The 2025 Football season kicks off tomorrow at 6:45am. Tomorrow is Day 1 for your Acclamation days. Make sure you are in the locker room at 6:15am so that you can be on the field for stretch at 6:45am. Practice will be finished by 8:45am. ALL HS FOOTBALL PLAYERS will be RECOVERING at the end of each practice this year. If you have not turned in your physical yet or gotten your equipment, be at gym early to receive it! #ForTheTRIBE
