Somerville ISD Student Health Advisory Council welcomes the Cody Stephens Go Big or Go Home FREE Cardiac Screenings to our district on April 24, 2024. This simple cardiac screening, using an ECG, can help detect unknown cardiac problems that can lead to sudden cardiac arrest in student-athletes. With the help of our local sponsors, this screening will be provided to 6th-11th grade athletes, marching band members, and cheerleaders FREE OF COST! Please be sure to register your student using the QR code or packet that was sent home with your students. Students must be registered/consented to complete the screening.
