
Somerville Athletics will be hosting a Youth Football and Baseball Camp for ALL incoming 1st - 6th Grade Athletes. The Football Camp will be on Tuesday, July 25th from 6-8pm. The Baseball Camp will be on Wednesday, July 26th from 6-8pm.



Attention Parents,
The Fall Sports Parent Meetings for High School and Junior High will be held on Thursday July 27th at 6pm in the Yegua Center.

Our first annual Somerville ISD Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon was a great success! A huge thank you to all of our local law enforcement agencies for coming out today and providing valuable feedback for making our schools safer.

Texas State Solo and Ensemble Results:
Congratulations to four Somerville High School Band members for receiving a first-division rating at the Texas State UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest. Keyanah Crowl, Jena Foster, Aleena Isom, and Wendy Perez received gold medals for performing a saxophone quartet called "Just For Show" by Lennie Niehaus. Judge's comments included "careful on the solos to keep the swinging style going", "there are a lot of positive things about your performance", "good job and congratulations", "Bravo!".
The contest was held on Monday, May 29th at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville.


Our Floral students are in an assembly line working on senior roses for graduation!

Join us for 8th grade promotion.


The Culinary and Advanced Culinary courses learn the importance of Food Safety and Sanitation. The students take a National Certification test that is recognized in any state in the United States and is good for 5 years. The Food Manager Certification allows students to not only work in the food industry but could also allow them to earn more money.
Keyanah Crowl earned her certification at the end of last school year through the ServSafe program.
Barbara Taylor, Aubrey Lamb, and George Reyes earned their certification through Always Food Safe.
