The 2022 boys powerlifting season has been one of dreams for the Somerville Yeguas. We qualified 12 boys for the Region 4 Division 4 Championship Meet on March 5 at West Hardin High School. These boys have bought into the idea that champions in any sport can be forged in the weight room. The work is paying off and the road to the State Meet in Abilene is going through West Hardin and Somerville! Congrats to these 12!
Best,
Coach Ethan Watson
Somerville High School Students handed out goody bags for National FFA Week to parents picking up kids at the Elementary Campus and businesses in town. Our FFA Yeguas have done a fabulous job promoting this program that requires dedication and heart!!
Congrats to these five Lady Yeguas for qualifying for the 2021-22 Region 2 Division 3 Powerlifting Championship on March 3rd at Dublin High School. Their hard work has paid off and now we are setting our sights on State!
Best,
Ethan Watson
