Dear Parents,
Monday, February 6th, is our 100th day of school! To celebrate, we are encouraging our students to dress how they think they will look at 100 years old! We encourage you and your child to be as creative as possible! Gray hair, glasses, cardigans, house coats, slacks, suspenders, slippers, purses, anything that you may see a person of 100 wearing! We hope to see everyone participate and can’t wait to see all of our cute “old” boys and girls as we celebrate 100 days of learning!
Sincerely,
SES Teachers

We would like to thank Mrs. Benavides-Prospective Student Recruiter, Anthony Garcia-Perkins Coordinator, John Mark Palmer-Financial Aid.
It was such a great presentation Blinn College presented to our students and took the time to help our students with any questions they had with college applications, scholarships and financial assistance.

The Culinary and Advanced Culinary courses made homemade doughnuts using yeast. It was a 2 day process. First day they made the dough and it had to sit overnight. Second day they learned that the yeast had to rise one more time before they could make this delicious treat. They now have a better understanding of what it takes for doughnut shops to make doughnuts.
