We will open our Yegua Spirit Store tomorrow, Nov. 22nd for our Area Round Playoff Game! Wear your favorite Yegua gear from home and join us for face painting, stickers, tattoos, and more! We will also have an early release at 1:30 on Friday, November 22nd!! Help us cheer on our Yeguas!

Thank you to Dr. Ames and Ms. Noemi from Bluebonnet Pediatric Dentistry in Brenham for coming to speak to our Pre-Kindergarten through 4th-grade classes today. The students learned about caring for their teeth and were given oral hygiene kits to take home. Dr. Ames, Bad Breath Bob, teachers, and students participated in the presentation. Thank you again Dr. Ames for taking the time to come and teach our students!

Yegua Nation is invited to Yegua Stadium tomorrow, November 21 at 6 pm to help us celebrate the varsity football team's Bi-District win over D'hanis and help prepare them to face the Ben Bolt Badgers. Attention All Yeguas! We are excited to announce that we will provide a fan bus for our football playoff game vs. D'Hanis this Friday! The bus will depart from the Somerville admin building at 4:00 on Friday and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students 13 years or younger must have an adult accompanying them, and all SISD students must complete a field trip permission form, which can obtained from the high school or elementary offices. The fan bus will also be available to the public who may wish to ride as well. Any adult riding the fan bus must bring their driver's license so that they can be checked in before boarding the bus, and it is recommended that you arrive no later than 3:45. Please be advised that all participants riding the bus are responsible for purchasing their ticket. If you would like to be guaranteed a spot on the fan bus, please call the SISD Administration Office at (979)596-2153 by noon on Friday. Go Yeguas! Tickets are online only using the link below. First Lady Yegua JH game tonight in Snook at 5:00PM. *** Only CLEAR bags will be allowed into the stadium; this includes backpacks, purses, diaper bags, etc. (All bags that are not clear will be turned away and not allowed inside). ***Snook ISD requires ticketless (online purchase) entry into athletic events. All tickets must be purchased online. Payments can still be made at the gate via credit card, ApplePay, or GooglePay. Their concessions will still be cash only as it is run by our booster club.
